The kitchen is the room your family lives in. Our kitchens range from refined remove-and-replace projects to full structural transformations — walls moved, ceilings opened, and the kitchen finally connected to the rest of how you live. Designed and built around how you cook, how you gather, and how the whole home comes together.
Investment range: $100,000 – $600,000
Bathroom Remodeling
From a focused hall bath to a primary suite designed around how you live in it. Curbless showers, freestanding tubs, built-in vanities, specialty tile — every selection made and every material in storage before demolition begins.
Investment range: $25,000 – $150,000
Whole-Home Renovations
When the kitchen project expands into the rooms around it — the family room, the primary suite, the back hallway. Coordinated, sequenced delivery across the home so design and construction stay cohesive from one space to the next. One project, one team, one timeline.
Investment range: $250,000 – $900,000+ (depending on scope and finishes)

Every Olson Kitchen + Bath project follows the same twelve steps. We call it ClearPath.
Nothing starts before the plan is finished. The design is completed and every selection made before a price is built. Every material is staged before demolition begins. There are no surprises, because the work to prevent them happens before the first wall comes down.
